Yes, we proudly offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Standard shipping rates for international orders start at $250, and delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe & UK: 10 to 20 business days
  • Australia & Asia: 12 to 25 business days
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs processing.
    White Glove Delivery is also available internationally, starting at $150.

3. Are there international shipping costs?
Yes. For customers outside the United States, shipping costs are paid at the time of purchase. Standard international shipping rates start at $250. You will be charged for shipping fees when placing your order, and delivery will be arranged once the payment is processed.

4. What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is a premium service that ensures a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience. This service, available domestically and internationally for a fee, includes:

  • In-home delivery: The item is delivered directly to your home and placed in the desired room.
  • Professional assembly: Our trusted delivery partners will fully assemble the furniture for you.
  • Packaging removal: All packaging materials will be removed and disposed of by the delivery team.
  • Pay After Installation (US only): For U.S. customers, you are only charged after the item is fully installed in your home.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
Yes, we offer White Glove Delivery for customers in the U.S., Canada, and eligible international locations. This premium service ensures that your furniture is delivered, professionally set up, and inspected with care, with all packaging removed. This service is available for a flat fee of $150 per order in the United States. International White Glove pricing starts at $150.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment. After processing, the delivery times are:

  • United States (Standard): Typically 3 to 7 business days (to a local distribution center).
  • Canada: Typically 7 to 14 business days.
  • International Orders: Varies by location, typically between 10 and 25 business days, depending on customs processing and destination.

8. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We ask that you:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.

    We will promptly arrange for a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
