At Mid-Century Vintage, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shipping experience for all our customers. Whether you’re purchasing a mid-century modern credenza, lounge chair, ottoman, or sofa, we guarantee safe, reliable, and timely delivery.
Shipping Options and Rates
- United States – FREE Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to a designated distribution center in your city.
- United States – White Glove Delivery: For $150, upgrade to our premium in-home service, which includes delivery to your room of choice, professional assembly, and packaging removal.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Standard international shipping rates start at $250. White Glove Delivery is also available internationally, with pricing starting at $150 (subject to location eligibility).
Shipping Timeframes
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
- United States: 3 to 7 business days after processing (to a local distribution center).
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days after processing.
- International:
- Europe & UK: 10 to 20 business days
- Australia & Asia: 12 to 25 business days
- Rest of the World: Shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.
All orders are securely packaged to ensure protection during transit, and tracking numbers are provided for all shipments.
Customs and Duties
International customers will pay shipping and delivery fees at the time of purchase. Depending on your country, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable fees before placing an order.
White Glove Delivery – Premium In-Home Service
For customers in the United States, Canada, and eligible international locations, we offer White Glove Delivery for a seamless experience.
White Glove Delivery Includes:
✔ In-home delivery – The furniture is carefully brought inside and placed in your desired room.
✔ Professional assembly – Our delivery partners will handle the full setup and installation.
✔ Packaging removal – All packaging materials will be removed and disposed of.
✔ Pay After Installation (US only) – For U.S. customers, you are only charged after the item is fully installed in your home.
Order Tracking & Secure Packaging
- Real-Time Tracking: Customers will receive tracking details via email as soon as their order ships.
- Secure Packaging: All items are professionally packed in reinforced crates or custom packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to size restrictions. If your location is outside our regular shipping zones, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
