We provide FREE standard shipping to the United States and Canada and international shipping starting at $150.
Processing & Shipping Timeframes
All orders undergo a processing period of 1 to 3 business days before being shipped. This includes order verification, quality inspection, and secure packaging to ensure the safety of your furniture during transit.
Standard Shipping – United States & Canada
- United States: 3 to 7 business days after processing.
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days after processing.
All shipments include full insurance and a tracking number.
International Shipping – Europe, UK, Australia, and Asia
We proudly ship worldwide! International shipping rates start at $150, and delivery times vary by location:
- Europe & UK: 10 to 20 business days
- Australia & Asia: 12 to 25 business days
- Other International Locations: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers will pay shipping and delivery fees at the time of purchase.
Depending on your country, you may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which will be handled by the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for applicable fees before placing an order.
White Glove Delivery – Free In-Home Assembly & Installation
For customers in the United States, Canada, and internationally, we offer White Glove Delivery, which includes:
✔ In-home delivery – Your furniture is carefully delivered and placed in your desired location.
✔ Free assembly & installation – Our team or local delivery partners will professionally assemble and set up your furniture in your home.
✔ Packaging removal – All packaging materials will be removed and disposed of by the delivery team.
✔ No shipping payment upfront – Customers will only be charged after the item is fully installed in their home.
This premium service is provided at no additional cost in eligible locations.
Order Tracking & Secure Packaging
- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order in real-time via our website or the carrier’s tracking system.
- Secure Packaging: Each item is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Large furniture items are shipped in reinforced crates for added protection.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses due to size restrictions.
If your location is outside our regular shipping zones, contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Damages & Lost Shipments
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, but if you experience any issues, we’ve got you covered:
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or repair.
Lost Shipments:
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate and resolve the issue. If the package cannot be found, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
